Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors provide vision and direction for the organization. The Broad Reach Foundation for Youth Leader Board of Directors provides vision and direction for the organization. They liaise with youth serving agencies, develop relationships with our sponsorship partners and oversee staff and program performance. Each board member brings their individual qualities to the organization and contributes a minimum of 40 hours active volunteer time each year. Being connected in this way enhances their ability to directly represent the needs of the Broad Reach youth audience.
Adrian Johnson

He came to Canada in 1968 and founded ASSOCIUM Consultants in 1984 where he is still Principal of this successful Human Resources and organizational development consulting practice. A keen sportsman he values the benefits sports have brought to his life and plays an active leadership role in junior soccer and basketball. Since finding sailing as a young man, many moments of realization and major life changing decisions have taken place while enjoying the freedom of sailing. This formed his inspiration to establish an opportunity for young people with disadvantaged lives to experience the same freedom and chance to take control of something in their life and succeed at it – in 1999 he founded Broad Reach Foundation for Youth Leaders.
