Calendar of Events

Today is the start of the big race.  We will bring two of the Broad Reach boats to cheer on the racers at the start line.  You will pick up the boat at Lakeshore Yacht Club, at the bottom of Kipling Avenue at 8.30am and leave the dock by 8.45 to get to the start line outside Port Credit by 9.45.  The race starts between 10 and 10.30 so we want to be sailing around to show our presence and cheer on the racers.  This is a great photo op for any photographers.  When the racers have all left you can return to Port Credit Yacht Club for a bathroom break and eat your lunch before departing again for the return social sail to Toronto, HMCS York.  You should be back by 4pm.  Please bring your lunch, drinks and wet-weather gear in case it rains.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN GET TO LAKESHORE YACHT CLUB FOR 8.30am BEFORE COMMITTING TO THIS.   IF YOU NEED TO CAR POOL PLEASE SEND MARIE AN E-MAIL.
