Fundraising Event - 2010 Fundraising Dinner at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club
Join Commodore Meadows and many of your RCYC colleagues at the next Broad Reach Foundation fundraising dinner. Together we will celebrate the success stories of several youth-at-risk and how sailing influenced their lives to make way for a bright future.

Fundraising Event - 2010 Broad Reach Ski Day and Snow Regatta
February 19, was the Broad Reach Ski Day at Craigleith Ski Club, in the Collingwood area. There was an enthusiastic crowd that showed for one of the best days of skiing that I have seen all year round. With temperatures in the low minus and crisp snow, even the sun made an appearance. Among the attractions were a silent auction, fun racing, and all around great skiing. Craigleith is a great club, and those who were lucky to win passes to Craigleith, Have Fun!!
Changing both the venue and adding a co-host, the great people at Ontario Sailing, should be thanked for helping us to create such a fantastic event. As well we would like to thank everyone that showed up, and participated in the day. Another new addition this year to ease the skier’s tense muscles was a massage therapist who donated her time to Broad Reach Foundation.
A highlight of the day was the fierce bidding on our silent auction. All of these funds will go directly to support our work with youth at risk. All in all we raised over $2000 from this even! I want to take a minute to thank all who donated items for the silent auction. And the great team of volunteers who came out, Sandy Watt, Lynn Benham, and Sarah Foscarini, without whose help we wouldn’t have had such a great event. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves,, keep the date open for next year's Ski Day which is sure to be even better.
Toronto International Boat Show 
Thank you to everyone who visited us at the show at the Direct Energy Centre. Thank you also to everyone who gave their time to help represent Broad Reach Foundation at the booth.
